Our Program Includes
- Initial conversation about your rental expectations (profit, minimum stay, type of guests…)
- Registration of your property at the Junta de Andalucía
- Full inventory check of your property
- External supply of linen and towels
- Marketing of your property (quality photos, descriptions in English and Spanish)
- Management of your bookings through a professional property management system
- Keyholding and meet & greet of guests
- Registration / check in and check-out of guests (rental contract, passport scan, deposit, final payments etc.)
- Organization of cleaning and laundry
- Help with the arrival and departure of your guests (booking airport transfers)
- Helpline for any property or guest-related issues that may arise (e.g. maintenance issues)
- Handout of a guest manual (house rules, sightseeing, restaurant guide, golf courses)
- Website with 24h private access to regularly updated information on your property and bookings
